Bishop Scottie & Darlene Jackson

Bishop Scottie Jackson was born and raised in Four Oaks, NC.  He attended a Pentecostal camp meeting and was filled with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues at the age of 21. Soon afterward he accepted God’s call upon his life and went into full-time ministry.

From 1983 until 1999 he did missionary evangelism in Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, China, Nepal, Philippines, India, Hong Kong, Russia, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Trinidad, Jamaica, Cuba as well as in the USA.

Since July 1999 he has been pastoring River of Life Pentecostal Church in Colonial Beach, Virginia and also continues to take short-term mission trips a couple times a year, taking along men who desire to be trained in overseas ministry.

In 1989 he married another missionary evangelist, Darlene Brabrand. They now have two children, Sharon, age 26, and Nathan, age 21.

Bishop Scottie Jackson received his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical Studies and his Master's Degree in Divinity from Cornerstone Bible College in Fairfax, Virginia.

In 2012, he received his Doctorate in Theology from The Spirit of Truth Institute in Richmond, Virginia.
